Veterinary Assistants
Our veterinary assistants have our backs and yours too! We spend hours training so that they are prepared to assist with procedures, set up equipment, run lab tests, restock our trucks and treatment room and medicate patients. For the safety of everyone our assistant will hold your favorite horse while the doctor performs examinations and treatments allowing you to focus on your veterinary visit.

Our barn crew works as a team to feed, clean and care for our patients. Behind the scenes the grass is mowed, fences are mended and our facilities are cleaned and repaired. Promising young people in high school and college learn business skills, professionalism and the value of hard work here. Young mothers scan my patients like only a mother can. Over the years we’ve been proud to have started the careers of successful young people who have obtained Doctorates in Veterinary Medicine, Masters Degrees in Poultry Production and Animal Science just to name a few.
